PAYMENT QUESTIONS

  • When is my payment due each month? Your payment will go through each month at the time when you first rented your unit. 
  • Can I pay with cash? We typically do not accept cash payments and everything is done online with a credit card or ACH account. 
  • Do I have to manually make my payment every month? No! You can set up recurring billing that will charge your card on file each month. 
  • Can I change my card on file? Yes! Whenever needed you can change the card on your profile, or give us a call to get it changed. 
  • Do I get my deposit back? You will get your deposit back after you move out only if your unit is clean, in good condition, undamaged, and left with the lock provided on and locked. 

LOCK QUESTIONS

  • Can I put my own lock on my unit? Yes! We ask that you keep the lock provided to you on, as well. 
  • Is the lock mine to keep? No, it is a rented lock to you that is connected to the facility. 
  • How do I know my unlock code for my unit? The code will be sent in either a text or an email to you at the time you rent.
  • Can I change the 4 digit code on the lock? Unfortunately no. That is a specific code for your unit during the time you rent.
  • Do I leave the lock on my unit when I move out? Yes, you must leave the provided lock on your unit, and it must be locked when you move out for the safety of the facility.

UNIT QUESTIONS

  • Do I need to pick up a key? No, everything for our units is done online, and your locks are unlocked by a 4-digit code that is sent in a text/email. 
  • When can I access my unit? The unit is yours and you have 24/7 access!
  • Is there security and is this facility safe? Absolutely! We not only have 24 hours security cameras. on all buildings, but we also have lights on all buildings at night. 
  • What unit size is good or storing a car? We recommend 10x20 and up to anyone storing a car to leave some extra room and space for storage, but some people may be able to fit a small car in a 10x15. Make sure to measure your car first!
  • Can I rent more than one unit on my account? Yes, you can rent as many units as needed through your profile. 
  • Can I allow other people to access my unit? Yes, the unit is yours and you can allow others to access it upon your permission.
